IT Support Technician (not a remote position)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests for internal employees and external customers
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Providing technical support to customers (phone and remote support)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology
  • Configuring new computer equipment for internal and customer use



  • SQL Server
  • SQL Express
  • Microsoft Windows
  • Virtual Server Configuration and Setup
  • Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Strong communication and team skills in person and on the phone
  • Ability to learn new technologies as required


Education and Experience:

Required: High school diploma with qualifications and requirements listed above

Plus: 2 year degree information technology
